Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders exceeding $70. A minimal shipping fee applies for orders below this threshold, calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.

We want you to love every Shibuya piece you receive. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or with a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered - simply contact us within 15 days of delivery at customer@shibuyastreetwear.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will make it right.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered or sale items, as all sales in these cases are final.

Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days directly to your original payment method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on our tracking page at shibuyastreetwear.com/tracking or through the carrier's website.

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location. For the United States, orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days. Customers in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia can expect delivery within 10–18 business days. European orders generally arrive within 10–20 business days, and for the rest of the world please allow 15–25 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays or peak seasons. During high demand periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.
