Our Goal

We want you to love every Shibuya piece you receive. If something isn't right with your order we will review your case individually and do our best to find a fair solution as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund Conditions

We accept refund requests within 15 days of delivery in the following situations: the item arrived damaged, you received the wrong item, the item has a manufacturing defect, or the print is incorrect or different from what was ordered.

If your claim is confirmed we will offer a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we are unable to process returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or damage caused during laundering such as stains, shrinkage, discoloration, bleaching or iron damage.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is in processing or has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request please email customer@shibuyastreetwear.com within 15 days of delivery with the following information: your order number, the email address used at checkout, clear photos of the item showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your case and respond as quickly as possible with next steps.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact your local carrier first and then reach out to us at customer@shibuyastreetwear.com within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout. Shipping fees will not be refunded in these cases.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
